Shipping

How long will my order take?
Archive pieces are made to order — 2–5 days to print, then 9–14 days to reach you. Anything we hold in stock in Columbus ships within 3–7 business days.

What does shipping cost?
Free on every US order. International is calculated at checkout, and any duties are the customer's responsibility.

Where's my tracking?
It goes out automatically the moment your order ships. If it's been more than 5 days on a made-to-order piece and you haven't heard anything, email us and we'll check.

It says delivered but I don't have it.
Give it 48 hours — carriers scan things delivered early more often than you'd think. Check with anyone else at the address and look around the building. If it's still missing after two days, email us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return a made-to-order piece?
Archive pieces are final sale — they're printed one at a time for you. If the print is off, the item arrives damaged, or it's the wrong thing entirely, that's on us. Send a photo and we'll remake it.

What about stocked items?
30 days from delivery, unworn, tags on, in the original packaging. Email us first — we can't accept anything sent back without a return started. We'll send you a return label.

How do exchanges work?
Return the one you have and place a new order. That way your size doesn't get taken while the return is in transit.

Sale items?
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
Made-to-order pieces go to production about an hour after they're placed, so the window is short. Email us right away and we'll catch it if we can.

I entered the wrong address.
Send us the correct one as fast as you can — same one-hour window. After that we'll do what we can with the carrier, but we can't promise a redirect.

Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Send a photo and your order number. We'll get a replacement moving — no need to send the original back.

Sizing & care

What size should I get?
Everything is cut boxy and oversized on purpose. Take your usual size for that fit, or go down one if you want it closer to standard. Full measurements are on the size guide.

How do I wash it?
Cold wash, inside out, gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble low. No bleach, no fabric softener, and don't iron directly on the print.

When will something restock?
Anything in the Archive is made to order, so it doesn't sell out — order it whenever. Past-season pieces we hold in stock are one run only.

The store

Where are you?
988 N High St in the Short North, Columbus. Open Wednesday–Saturday 12–6 and Sunday 12–5. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Do you offer local pickup?
Not on online orders — everything ships. You're always welcome to shop the store in person.
