Shipping

Made-to-order pieces — everything in the Archive is printed for you when you order. Allow 2–5 days for production, then 9–14 days for delivery.

Stocked pieces ship from Columbus within 3–7 business days.

Shipping is free on all US orders. International rates are calculated at checkout, and any duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking is emailed automatically when your order ships.

Changes and cancellations — made-to-order items go to production about one hour after the order is placed. We can only cancel or change an order, including the shipping address, inside that window. Email us as soon as you can and we'll catch it if we can.

Marked delivered but not received — please allow 48 hours; carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered before it arrives. Check with others at the address and around the building. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Returns & exchanges

Made-to-order pieces are final sale. They're printed one at a time when you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for fit, size or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering — if you're unsure, email us first and we'll help.

If a made-to-order piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, that's on us. Send a photo and your order number to Ryan@ransom.supply and we'll remake it. No need to send the original back.

Stocked pieces — 30 days. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It must be unworn and unused, with tags on, in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email Ryan@ransom.supply. If your return is accepted we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Exchanges — the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order, so your size doesn't sell out while the return is in transit.

Non-returnable — made-to-order items, sale items and gift cards are final sale. We also can't accept returns on custom or personalized products.

Refunds — we'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
